My Declaration of Independence 

Sometimes people will go through hard times, hard times that will make them want to give up and just say, im done. Stress is becomeing a bigger problem each year for most if not all of us. I have a wish, and that wish is to be free of stress. Stress has been attacking me and my family for years now interfereing with many of our doings whether being work, school or just events such as family parties. I understand that stress is something of which I can't get rid completely of so easy as its normal to experience stress every now and then due to worries such as bills or just having so much to do in a short amount of time. Unfortunately me and my family experience stress close to every day and it's just intolerable. In order to decrease the amount of stress in my family's life we must all get along and, set our differences aside, and be willing to help each other when needed as well as having less to do so we have time to relax and let out some stress. I am sick and tired of waking up everyday of the week feeling scared, worried that I will leave school with so much to do that I will not be able to enjoy my day. I hate having to see my mom so stressed out because of her terrible work schedule and problems she's having at home. I no longer want to see a family member in need of help and all of us unable or unwilling to help them. I can no longer stand hearing a new problem almost everyday increasing not just my stress but also affecting my family. And most significantly I want to be able to sleep comfortably without loosing sleep due to worry and stress. My family and I have tried many things to decrease the amount of stress in our lives. we've tried going on family trips, having little family parties when we have time, and more ideas that ended in failure. All our ideas to decrease the amount of stress in our lives have failed and we are left with the only solution remaining being to completely get rid from stess.I therefore declare my independence from stress.
